The Village of Palmetto Bay

The Village of Palmetto Bay is a suburban municipality known for its residential and family oriented flare. Located within Miami-Dade County, the Village incorporated back in 2002 and counts with its own police department making their residents’ safety their number one priority.
Residents of the Village enjoy access to multiple and amazing parks fully equipped with all kinds of sports facilities, playgrounds, and long relaxing trails ideal for bike rides and strolls. Two prominent pieces of estate outstanding for their rich history are the Charles Deering Estate and Bill Sadowski Park.

Palmetto Bay includes both the Cutler and East Perrine neighborhoods and is known for its top-rated school district served by the Miami-Dade County Public Schools.
