Coconut Grove Neoghborhoods

Coconut Grove, adjacent to the shoreline of Biscayne Bay, is part of the City of Miami. Referred to as the “Grove,” it was founded in 1873 and offers a relaxed upscale neighborhood vibe and business district surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. The Grove features tree-lined winding roads with an eclectic mix of home styles including modern homes, large estates, as well as luxury waterfront condominiums. Walking paths lead to bay front recreational parks, a dog park, as well as sailing clubs and the marina at Dinner Key which is central to the boating community.

Here you will find countless sidewalk cafes, a wide range of restaurants, bars and ongoing entertainment. Outdoor shopping at CocoWalk offers a unique venue with movie theatres, boutiques, galleries and more dining options. Residents and visitors alike enjoy touring Coconut Grove’s Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, the former villa and estate of businessman James Deering.
